Average hotel for a high nightly rate
Winter rate was way too high for what you received. Charges over $200/night when nobody was occupying the hotel. Thermostat was stuck on high the entire time, so we had to open the windows when we slept at night. Shower head had too much pressure and basically ripped my hair out of my scalp. Cable tv did not work 2 out of the 3 days we stayed there. Staff was very nice and the room was very clean!

This is the 2nd time we've stayed here because we were so atisfied with the accommodations. Its clean, the beds are comfortable and all appliances were clean and in working order. Its a great location, very close to downtown. I would stay again!!

Beautiful Historical Hotel
The Juneau Hotel was amazing!! We had a very clean room with a washer and dryer!! We enjoyed our stay there. The staff was very helpful. I will tell my family and friends about this historical Hotel in Juneau.
