The only problem I had is when my flight arrived in Anchorage AK the walk way got stuck in the snow and we had to exit the rear of the plane
difficulty in trying to print my bag tag, but going to the fix-it counter was quick and easy with no line
It was a pleasure to fly with Alaska Airlines. Everything was quick and easy, and the staff very helpful.
I'll fly this Alaska Airlines again!
Have used all the major airlines and never met consistently friendlier people.
No precheck lines, moved quickly though. Had cards so precheck could keep shoes on.
First time customer. Good experience.
Like Alaska Airlines boards from back of plane. Makes for faster loading.
Couldn't get WiFi
