Michelle is the absolute best check in person/chef/cleaning lady. She’s very kind and warm welcoming. She also happens to makes the best root beer float. I really love this Hyatt it has a homey mom and pop/business feel . I’ve stayed here quite a few times and Michelle is the absolute best.

Beachside Hotel & Suites Cocoa Beach - Port Canaveral
The staff was awesome! There was so much to do right there at the hotel! Bags, yard games, sand castles. And they play a movie poolside every night at 7pm. So fun. Beds were a little hard, but overall our stay was great! Would stay there again for sure.

Checking in was easy. There was 4 of us and we had plenty of space. The view was beautiful. It came with a breakfast every day and it was very good and plenty of food.

Yes and the maintenance person had to come up and cut the lock off my suitcase. He was nice about. The front desk staff was nice too.
