This privately owned property has old world charm and is as neat as a pin. The owner’s thoughtful touch has created an intuitive feel. There is a chess set at a table by the window, another area has vintage games by the bar, the fresh rose at the room sink is thoughtful as is the way she treats her two Macaws and two small dogs…all of this with 24 hour beach access, pool with outdoor shower, breakfast, and a gracious staff. Although the decor could use some freshening up, the traditional style holds up well. I’ll be returning soon. Thanks to Karen, Michael and Toni.

Great place!

Very pleasant stay! They still use a physical key for the door! It has an old school charm with new school service. Breakfast was fresh, different with serving quiche muffins. Quite a few restaurants in walking distance. We ate at poke fin twice. Beach is a parking lot walk away, you can see the ocean & hear the waves crashing from our second floor balcony. Ron Jon is one block away. Next time in Coco Beach this is the place we will stay!

Perfect boutique hotel experience!

The Inn at Cocoa Beach is a privately-owned, one of a kind place that we are happy to have discovered in our Florida vacation. From check-in to check-out, everything was top-notch! Staff was very friendly, breakfasts were awesome, beach access (with chairs and umbrellas for borrowing) was as close as you can possible get, the pool was perfect, as was the hammock, shuffleboard and viewing deck for rocket launches. Wine and cheese at 5:00 each evening, and an honor-system bar that was one of the coolest things ever. Well-maintained and decorated, just off the main road - so access was easy... Plenty of restaurants in the vicinity, too. There are also a pair of parrots that - if you're lucky - will say a couple of things. I actually got to hold one! I can NOT say anything negative about this place, and my wife and I definitely plan on staying there again when we're down that way.

When I told the desk clerk it was our first visit, she took us on a tour. The grounds are inviting, the beach is just across the parking lot. I loved breakfast - soft boiled my own eggs. The quiche was nice. Lovely folks cooking. The rooms are small, the bathroom is tight. But there is a glimpse of the Atlantic from the second floor balcony and you can watch rocket launches from the beach. The pool was perfect. And all day, every day, you see employees working hard. A well maintained, friendly property.

I checked in late that evening and the lady at front desk was so helpful and considerate.She showed where to get a quick bite to eat and she looked for me to get back. I thanked her but know she’s a keeper to any front office staff.

The architecture is standar motel, but the owners have built a lot of beauty and tranquility into the facility. The room we had was small but clean & cozy, with a sliding glass door into the lovely landscaped patio area with an adjacent pool & lounge furniture. The common areas - lobby, breakfast area - are quaint and lovely as well. Their two cute maltese/shitzu dogs add to the homey feel in the lobby area. Complimentary coffee 24/7 and wine/cheese 5-7pm were added blessings. Breakfast was tastefully done. Easy access to the beach and restaurants. Overall a nice cozy nook for an overnight stay in Cocoa Beach. Will come here again.

Delightful Stay

My boyfriend had a delightful stay at the Inn at Cocoa Beach. I did request either a first floor room or and upper level room as long as the inn had an elevator. We got a first floor room which opened right out to the pool. We both really enjoyed the fact that it is an adults only place to stay. The Inn is quiet and peaceful with a wonderful staff.

What a gem! A true Inn. We were amazed by all the small details. Quiet. Calm. Amazingly clean. I absolutely recommend if you’re looking for a place with true character and charm. The breakfast was phenomenal. Their little quiches are so yummy! The pitcher of iced tea in the lobby told us we were in the right place. The staff was attentive and friendly. Beds and pillows were super comfy. Also, be prepared to get an actual real key to your room! Haven’t seen one of those in a good while.
