Disgraceful check in process by overzealous counter girl over a Service dog. Hopefully, they use the extra 25 bucks to clean the mold out of the bathrooms, not including the rest of the room.

Staff extremely unhelpful, not nice, arrogant. The room had an issue with the piping and it smell horrible. They had to change us to another room during the night because the smell was unbearable. The breakfast was terrible, no variety and the breakfast area unpleasant. The pool was dirty and needs maintenance, it has a hole in the floor and smells bad

The staff was great. The breakfast was above average and the pool was very nice. It was close to the beach. However the floor in the room was buckled and was all but a trip hazard. It needs an update.

After 4 cancelled flights, deplaning and getting in at 4am to a rude front desk staff. I explained to her that I had already spoke to someone and asked for a late check out. She continued to argue with me and NO no one informed me. I said as you can see I’m traveling with two kids, we’ve had a long day and my oldest has seizures needs rest. She says there’s a charge and continues no one told me anything. Get to the room it’s dusty, mold in the restroom and the next morning get two knocks at the door back to back. I explained the situation to the first person and the second one comes a few minutes later. Then I get a call and according to them the staff left no note. Never again

Great Stay

This is a nice place to stay especially if you are just staying for an overnight stay for a cruise. Ms. Tasha at the front desk was very professional and courteous. The rooms we were in was very clean and fresh. Breakfast was great and also the atmosphere.

Front reception desk courteous, friendly and professional. Hotel grounds are well maintained, rooms are clean, pool is maintained and clean, and hotel is quiet. They do have a bar on site that serve sport bar food favorites. Most restraunts, shopping, pier, beach are a short driving distance.

It’s an older hotel and so it needs some work done. The first room they put us in a piece of the ceiling had fell out in the shower went to the front desk. They immediately moved us. The bar above the lobby called JT‘s had great food and great drinks.
