Modern and spacious bedroom, totally renovated, in the historic center of Rome, Between Piazza del Popolo and Piazza di Spagna. Private bathroom. The window of the bedroom is facing a courtyard.
The wide and modern kitchen is in common with the 2 other bedrooms (possibility to rent the entire place for one big apartment).
Common entry of the apartment for the 3 bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own privacy with locked door.

TRIDENTE CORTILE is a bedroom of 24 m², featuring air-conditioning, on the 3rd floor of a building, with a kitchen in common use. It’s located within a set of 3 independent bedrooms. It has been fully renovated in a modern way and decorated in yellow curry and grey tones.

We enter in this set of bedrooms through a long corridor in L shape (17m²), with windows facing a courtyard. The second part of the corridor leads to the independent bedrooms.

TRIDENTE CORTILE is located on the courtyard side.

The entrance (4 m²) leads to the bedroom and to the private bathroom.

The bedroom itself is big (16 m²). It’s decorated in grey and yellow curry tones, which provides a cosy and warm atmosphere. This room is divided into 2 areas:

-The living area (North facing – one window overlooking the courtyard) has 2 armchairs and a coffee table. A mini fridge and a kettle is at your disposal.

-The night area (no window) has a double bed, 2 bedside tables, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe.

The bathroom (3,90 m², a high window, North facing) features a shower, a sink, a bidet, and WC.


In front of the entrance, you can find the kitchen in common (12 m², one window overlooking the courtyard, North facing - with air-conditioning), which is exclusively for your personal use (not for the other apartment). It’s modern and fully equipped: a refrigerator with a freezer, an oven, a micro-wave, a stove and a dishwasher. The cookware is complete. There is also a dining table with 6 chairs.

You will enter the apartment where there are 3 bedrooms for renting. There is a kichen with common use in front of this entry. Then, a hallway distributes the 3 independent bedrooms.

A multilingual agent will welcome you on-site for your arrival and will be there for your departure.

Rome's centro storico (historic district) is full of life and is without a doubt, where the locals do their shopping. Via del Corso is a long street lined with shops that is closed off to vehicles on weekends. This street runs between the 2 main square of Rome : Piazza del Popolo and Piazza Venezia. Via del Babuino and Via Margutta run along the foot of the Pincian Hill and have been renowned for their art galleries and studios since the 15th century. Lastly, Piazza di Spagna and Via Condotti are without a doubt the places to go for all the top names in Italian and international fashion.

This neighborhood is called “Tridente” because of these 3 streets leading to Piazza del Popolo (Via della Ripetta, Via del Corso and Via del Babuino) make a trident shape.

The bedroom itself is situated in a historic building on a small, quiet street lined with shops, near public transportation (metro and minibus) and within walking distance of St. Peter's Basilica (20 minutes), and the Capitoline and Borghese museums (30 minutes).

The stairs in the building are very steep.

Cleaning fees include also laundry service (sheets, towels, dishtowel) as well as costs for water, gas and electricity.

A mandatory tourist tax due to Rome city’s legislation will be asked to your arrival (3,50 € / night / pers for +10 years old for the first 10 nights , free for child under 10 years old).
