Great place to spend a few days in Rome.

Mafalda’s property is wonderful and she is a lovely host! Location is perfect and super quick walk to the metro. Lots of restaurants and markets close by as well as a place to get cappuccino and pastries on the corner. Air conditioning worked great, which was a plus since one of our other properties had issues during our first five days in Rome. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay. The condo is close to everything. Mafalda explained the metro system, where we could get groceries and if needed pharmacy. Everything was within walking distance or a short ride on the metro.

We were very happy with the property. It was close to restaurants supermarkets and the metro. The accommodations were quite comfortable and easy to navigate. Washing machine and gas stove. Our hostess was very inviting and made us feel right at home. Mafalda even gave us the heads up when there was a brief strike with the Metro so we were able to plan around it.

So nice we had to stay twice! We stayed on our return through Rome and Mafalda is such a kind host in her beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment. Convenient to the Metro line A, grocery, and restaurants. And, she was waiting for us at the door at the appointed time on both visits. Highly recommend!!

Phenomenal Apartment

This is a wonderfully welcoming 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. Mafaldaet is there at our stated time, gave us a tour of her home and the "lay of the land in the surrounding neighborhood. Excellent step by step instructions from the Metro train to her door. Our only advice (not specific to this property, just in general, is to be very cautious throughout Rome as pickpocket theft is running rampant.

Enjoying Rome

This was our first visit to the city. We loved having a place to stay that is convenient to the metro station.Mafalda greeted us when we arrived and took the time to get us settled and answered questions. We felt welcomed and prepared to enjoy the city. She had provided bottled water, milk, snacks for breakfast, and espresso! We loved the layout of the place that provided us much room to spread out. She had maps and quick guides to show us what is around and tips about the train passes. The apartment has a washing machine, drying rack, in room a/c units, and window blinds that allow you to block out light if you enjoy sleeping in past sunrise (the kids loved that). We loved our experience and the thoughtfulness of Mafalda to make sure we had everything we needed. Thank you !

Great spot!

Mafalda’s place was a good location to travel to many of the local sites as the bus and metro stations were close by. The two bedrooms were a plus with our teenage daughter so she could have her own space. The only thing I would mention is that the trash bins seem to be emptied at any hour of the night. However, easily much quieter than staying in the high tourist area. Definitely would recommend!

An oasis in the middle of Rome

My wife, son and I recently stayed at this beautiful apartment with all of the amenities of home. We could not have asked for a better location than this, mere steps from the Cipro Metro Station with access to all of the best Rome has to offer. And a short walk to the Vatican Museums and St Peters Square where we had the special experience of seeing the Pope at his Wednesday papal audience. And Mafalda was an exceptional hostess, making sure we had everything we needed, even accommodating our earlier than expected arrival and checking on our comfort throughout our stay. When in Rome, make sure to consider this home as a base for your explorations. Molte grazie, Mafalda!

Mafalda is an excellent host and her apartment is wonderful — large, bright, clean and absolutely lovely complete with waters, breads, espresso pods and even fresh milk. Her neighbor, Mauro, met us at the apartment to show us around. He was very helpful and made us feel welcome. Plus the location is perfect for visiting the Vatican and all the sites around it. I wish I could give it more than five stars for everything.

This property was clean, convenient, and roomy. Located just a couple of blocks from a Metro Station, walkable distance to Vatican Museum, taxi stand, and local restaurants. With a market right around the corner, you can easily prepare meals at your home away from home. The host is welcoming and helpful. The property is roomy, well appointed and was perfect for us - we were traveling with another couple and the layout was perfect providing appropriate privacy while providing a great atmosphere for our vacation.

Mafalda, our host was amazing. Met us at the property and explained everything we needed to know. We had no issues. Located in an area of restaurants, grocery stores, cafes & Bars. Minutes from Vatican City, museum, Basilica, St. Peter’s square.

Great unit for family, very sweet host.

The layout of this unit is great for a family. There is a sitting room and a separate kitchen area that made getting over jet lag easier. We all liked the vibe and the generosity of Mafalda. She had coffee, milk and snacks to welcome us.Mafalda provided maps which was great.The graffiti is off putting but the neighbourhood felt very safe. The grocery store was very close, the metro location was so convenient and getting around was easy.Ps..we rode the metro every where and had no problems.

Wonderful location in Rome

We enjoyed our stay in Mafalda’s lovely home. The location was excellent, very close to metro and outside the busiest areas. The home was very clean and comfortable for our family (three adults), and Mafalda is a kind and considerate host and the communication was quick and clear. Our only difficulty was with street noise from recycling trucks, etc., overnight; if you are a light sleeper I would suggest earplugs .quick and clear.

Excellent Accomodation near Vatican/Metro/Taxi Stand

This property was a clean spacious two bedroom two bathroom property with full kitchen, patio and laundry. It was an excellent base for our time in Rome. The metro train is two blocks away and a ride to Rome Termini is about 7 minutes. Our host was incredibly responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely Apartment, Well Situated

My wife and I enjoyed our stay in this comfortable well equipped apartment located within walking distance to the Vatican. Mafalda, our host, was wonderful being in attendance to warmly welcome us and providing detailed and helpful information. She was always reachable and responded promptly to any of our questions. We would definitely stay here again if visiting Rome.

Just like home

My family and I loved staying here. The neighborhood is very close to the Vatican and a short walk to the Metro. It was very nice to spend the day touring and come back to a charming apartment which gave us a sense of living there and not staying at a touristy hotel.
