Overall good stay with great hotel staff - very accommodating and friendly. The one downside for us - because our room was on the top floor it was right below the rooftop bar. It was fairly loud in our room for several hours late at night (people stomping up and down the stairs, dragging chairs/tables, etc.). We would still stay here again, would just avoid the top floor.

My wife and I stayed at the Otivm Hotel 2 years ago for our honeymoon and loved it so much we stayed there again when we returned. The Otivm is a beautiful boutique hotel. The staff are extremely friendly and made us feel as though we were at home. Upon entry, we were welcomed with cappuccinos. Since we arrived early, they offered to secure out luggage while we explored. During our time there, they offered several recommendations. The cleaning staff left our room very clean. The mini bar options are pretty solid as well. With regard to the rooftop breakfast, there are plenty of options - many of which are delicious pastries. One thing that stuck out to us both times we stayed, was that the staff greeted us by our names. Lastly, the location is wonderful! We were often less than 15 minutes from any attraction we wanted to visit. This really is such an amazing hotel and we recommend it to everyone we know staying in Rome!

The Otivm Hotel could easily rely on its prime location in the heart of Rome—step outside and you’re instantly immersed in history. But what truly sets this hotel apart is the warm and attentive staff, who go out of their way to make you feel welcome. I stayed in a single room, which was dorm room sized —but after the initial surprise, I found it cozy and well-appointed. Overall, this is a charming and comfortable hotel, and I would gladly return on my next visit to Rome.

Cute, spacious room near the Colossuem

The hotel room was spacious and clean. I got the room with a private terrace and I enjoyed having that space to sit outside and enjoy the sounds of Rome. The hotel is also very close to Colosseum. I would stay there again.

Charming boutique hotel, well located

Boutique hotel in a very convenient location close to Victor Emmanuel II monument. The hotel is very neat and clean and looks recently renovated. We were upgraded to a suite which was spacious and quiet. Breakfast is served on the roof terrace, a great way to start the day. The staff were all very polite and friendly and provided us with personal attention. Special thanks to Agatha who checked us in and helped book tickets to the Vatican Museum. I recommend this little hotel for it's charming, cosy feel, excellent location and great service.

My fiancé and I stayed at the Otivm Hotel for five nights and had a spectacular time! Every member of the front desk staff was so helpful and friendly, and the property itself is situated in a perfect spot that makes it easily accessible no matter where in Rome you wander that day. The rooms are clean and spacious with good views of the surrounding neighborhood, and windows that open all the way to fully take in the city sounds. All in all, we had zero problems with our stay and would certainly stay here again next time we return to Rome!

Absolutely loved the roof top area of this hotel! The hotel is very conveniently located, at max 10 to 15 mins walk to major attractions. Its on a busy street and also has a local store right beside it. The rooms were nice and clean and the bathroom was also decent with a large rain shower. The breakfast staff Georgio and Luka were amazing!! They were so sweet and fun to talk to and provided amazing service. Overall a great hotel with reasonable price. Would definately return!

Great central spot in Rome for couples!

Great hotel located in central Rome. We were visiting for our honeymoon and the hotel went above and beyond to organize our airport transfer and make our stay memorable. My only area of opportunity for the property is it did feel a bit dated and the pillows weren’t very comfortable.
