Estancia inmejorable

Silvia ha sido extremadamente atenta en todo momento, tanto antes de la llegada como durante nuestra estancia. El apartamento se ajusta exactamente a la descripción y hemos estado fenomenal. 100% recomendable. Silvia nos dejó hasta comida y vino para cuando llegásemos y dos personas nos atendieron a la llegada para darnos las llaves y explicarnos todo. En fin un 10, tanto el apartamento como la propietaria.

Amazing Stay

The apartment is exactly as stated - tiny but super cozy and well situated. Check-in was amazing - we were greeted and welcomed warmly. The apartment is very clean and bed comfortable. The location to the bus/metro station is ideal - as is Vatican. Recommend.

Amazing host

Hi, we could not have asked for a better host and family to take care of us while we stayed in Rome. Not only did Silvia and her family help us in every way possible they provided us with so many different avenues to get us around such a busy city.. we appreciate everything that they’ve done for us and when we come back, we will definitely seek her to stay againIf anybody is looking for a place that you can relax and enjoy and have the freedom to talk to a host that will lead you in the right directions. The perfect spot near St. Peters

Wonderful stay, beautiful clean property that was cozy and absolutely perfect for two. Silvia was the most wonderful hostess with plenty of communication, suggestions and information during our entire stay. Highly recommended!!

Excellent location especially if you want to be near the Vatican.

Great location for Vatican.Can be a bit far from the common roman attractions but the metro system is easy to use and nearby.Room was nice, shower a bit small but otherwise cozy.On a hill expect to walk every morning and night to get to your next stop, food options close by just in case you need to get something in the area (5-10 min walk minimum).Very accommodating and very nice bed!

Une belle découverte

Accueil chaleureux de Matteo l 'intermédiaire de notre hôte. Studio très calme, à proximité d'une gare pour avoir aussi une correspondance de métro.Belle découverte de la Rome contemporaine et de la Rome antique, sans oublier le Vatican, sa basilique Saint Pierre, le trésor du Vativan, Ostia et le château des Anges . Sans oublier la cuisine très gustative. Nous sommes enchantés de notre séjour à Rome.

Excellent location for a trip to Rome

The apartment was spotless and very comfortable for our 11-day vacation stay. The location in a quiet residential area is very convenient, just up the street from the San Pietro train station and within walking distance of the Vatican. If you enjoy a long walk, you can also walk from there to other places in Rome such as the Forum, Circo Massimo and Trastevere, but you can get city buses from the bus stop on the other side of the train station if you prefer to save your walking for the sights!All in all, a nice place to spend a few days in Rome!

Ideal Location with a Great Host

This property is conveniently located for Vatican visits, but walkable to all of the other attractions in Rome. The host was very accommodating and provided helpful suggestions for us. The studio was clean and stocked of items for the kitchen and laundry. We would highly recommend this studio for any length of stay in Rome.

Clean and quiet in nice neighborhood, but beware extra fees

This property was great for our stay in Rome. It is clean, well located near a train station, comfortable, and quiet. Communication with Silvia and Matteo was great as well. They were both very friendly and accommodating. The only disappointment was that they charged us €78 extra for our 4-day stay on top of what was advertised, and asked for this in cash (states this was for taxes and checking in on a Sunday). Wish we knew this in advance.

Amazing host and apartment

Our hosts were very thoughtful and helpful. Silvia provided many great recommendations for places to eat and to see. She was also very detailed when explaining and suggesting the best avenue to make it to the apartment. Matteo met us there for a very smooth check in process. The place was stocked with everything you would need. Chargers and wall plug adapters; umbrella; grocery bag; washing machine and laundry soap; tea, coffee, seasonings and oils, cookware and dishes; etc. The apartment is located very close to Vatican City, just close enough to walk or take a quick bus ride there, and just far enough to be in a quieter area. I would recommend this stay for anyone looking to visit Rome!

Great location for Two

Silvia is a great host and stays in contact regularly. Great communicator and accommodating. The apartment is small but perfect for two. It has everything you need Frig, washer, cooktop, etc. It’s not on the metro but a reasonable walk to all the good attractions. The regional railway is just steps away which is convenient for trips to Termini, airport and Trasevere. It’s close but we never heard a single train. There is also a bus stop right in front of the Regional Railway Which takes you to all the great spots if you don’t want to walk. Silvia even left us cookies which were appreciated after our long journey. Would highly recommend for two and would return if back in Rome.

Great Location and Amazing, accommodating host

Well our trip to Rome was not at all what we expected. My wife and I got very sick on our cruise and arrived to Rome sick. I messaged Silvia and asked if we could check in early so my wife could rest and try to feel better. She and Matteo were both very accommodating and worked with us so that she could get to the room and rest. Silvia also checked in with us several times to see how my wife was doing, which was very much appreciated. She even sent us a train scheduled so we were able to get to the airport easily and on time. Silvia and her associate Matteo were by far the best hosts we've ever had at a VRBO. As far as the rental itself, it had everything we needed, was very clean and cute, and had a great and safe location. We were so close to the Vatican that we heard the church bells during the Sunday service, which was beautiful. If you go to Rome and want to stay near the Vatican, get this rental. It was absolutely perfect!

A must stay!

From checkin to checkout Silvia was extremely accommodating. The location of the property was perfectly situated where it was close to everything we wanted to see in Roma. The flat was adorable and perfect for two people. We had an issue after we moved on to Florence and realized we left behind our passports in the safe. Silvia and Matteo were so helpful and understanding we had to drive 3 hours back and Sylvia had Matteo meet us so we could retrieve our passports, When we return we will definitely will be looking to stay here again.
