Great Hotel in Room

We received an upgraded room. It was perfect. Checked in early and was able to sleep after an overnight flight. Staff were super friendly and hotel exceeded our expectations.

Nice clean hotel. However if you are a light sleeper road facing rooms are a bit noisy. Suraj at front desk was great in helping us and telling options for getting around.

This is a sweet hotel on a fairly busy street. Hotel Stendahl has taken every reasonable step to mitigate road noise through having well insulated windows and interior shutters. I was in a street-facing room. I am not sensitive to the sounds of the city but someone who is sensitive might request a room away from the street. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful in every possible manner. The room was immaculate, well decorated, and matched the website description. It is a European hotel, so the size was reasonable but not large. The included breakfast was very nice and included pastries, fresh eggs, and fresh fruit. There were plenty of options. The cappuccino that I ordered each morning was perfectly prepared and was a real treat.

Great hotel lots restaurants around there and bars also near the Spanish steps and the Trevi fountain both walking distance the metro station was close and bus stop in front of hotel so easy to get to public transport great place

Nice hotel for visiting places.

Hotel was very nice and reception staff good. Breakfast area small and we had to wait for seats and then a while for tables to be cleared. Rooms and beds comfy. Good location.

Well situated for walking to all the major sites. Well appointed, clean and staff were lovely. Bedrooms are comfy and nicely set out. Couple of slight downsides. Downstairs area is to small for breakfast with small tables and makshift serving area on the bar. People stood around waiting for a table to become free. On the whole I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Wife was feeling ill and they allowed us to check in at noon which is really appreciated. The room is in their next renovated building. Bathroom is brand new. Their free breakfast buffet is so good that they could easily charge $20 per person.
