The hotel staff wore name tags with flags showing what languages they spoke, which was helpful. The room was great, and the breakfast was excellent. The on-site restaurant was wonderful. The pool and garden were beautiful.

Great “Pre-Cruise” Hotel

Very nice staff. Very clean and comfortable. Close to FCO airport with shuttle Stayed here the night before a cruise. Easy transport to FCO for train ride to the port. Highly recommended.

We loved the amenities that the hotel offered. The food in the dining room was just okay but overall, the staff was really the downfall. After a 16 hour flight, my family and I were really exhausted. We had tried to book a shuttle weeks in advance and were told to book a taxi and the hotel would pay. When we arrived we were screamed at by a staff member at 12:30 in the morning telling us they would not do so even though I had it in writing. She did apologize later on, but she was not the only staff member to mistreat us on our stay there. Great hotel, very poor staff.

Great stay outside the city

Overall a great place to stay. The staff we very friendly and helpful. The rooms were above average, the beds weren't the best quality but not terrible. The pool was big and beautiful. Not very many food options around the hotel, but the train is only a 10 min walk away.

I arrived at 2am hoping for a restful night, but was woken up at 9am by extremely loud drilling next door. Reception apologized and assured me it was a one-off. The next morning, the same thing happened — even louder, with two drills and hammering starting at 8:45am. When I called reception, they denied any building work until they heard the noise themselves through the phone. I missed breakfast trying to get some rest afterward. At reception, no one had been informed, and I had to explain everything again. Very disappointing experience. Poor communication and no accountability from the staff.
