The women who owns this place is really nice, and it is pretty, but the people on the floor above the hotel space were SOOOOOO noisy. You could hear the kids dumping toys on the floor, banging on the floor...I'm sure they were playing,(with a plastic hammer) but not what you would expect in a nice hotel. Every time one turns on a water faucet, there is a bullfrog noise that repeats over and over until the faucet is turned off - shower included.

Alessia was so nice and helpful! Great communication on WhatsApp. We were here one night and it was perfect. We were able to check in immediately after our long flight. We used their shuttle service from the airport for 58 EUR and it was so convenient! Free water cooler in the lobby was nice and the private courtyard area was cute!
