Fantastic hotel!

From the minute, I stepped into the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, easy check-in, easy checkout. The hotel was amazing. The rooms are really clean. I love the CitizenM in general, first time in the Rome one and it was clean, modern room. The bed is very comfortable, the best bed I stayed in the 3 weeks I was traveling. You get an Ipad for the room to control everything, super convenient and easy to use. The location of the hotel is amazing too directly on the Tiber river, only draw back that there is no gym and no pool in this location.

Brand new hotel with a nice focus in details and modern amenities. Found it a but frustrating they seem want you to create your own room key and a lot of self serve things, but this is becoming more standard in every service industry. If you prefer to have you check in, they are happy to oblige, tiny cruise size rooms with high focus on tech. But overall a great experience,

Delightful for a solo traveler!

Excellent, comfortable room in a beautiful location in Rome. Rooftop bar is well-priced (not free, don’t make the same mistake I did!) good wines. Shower temp is pretty rotten but the rest of the hotel amenities make up for it. Pre-purchase the breakfast buffet if you have a morning flight, it is totally worth it!
