We had a lovely balcony. But small Leaves blew in on the floor but the cleaning lady never used the vaccum cleaner. The leaves stayed all four nights on the floor

I liked this hotel as that it was walking distance to a lot of places. One staff member who female was not very professional. The other one who was a male was awesome. My friend and I spoke to the woman who just basically told us nothing could be done when our room was so hot. She informed that ac was turned and we could not use. She did eventually move us to another room that was much cooler.
