Luca was so wonderful. The place is small but more than enough for me and my husband and we were out all day anyways. It was 7-10 mins walk to St Peter Basilica/Square. The croissant and cappuccino were great although breakfast is not included but they were enough to start the day. We arrived late due to delay and flight schedule but Luca accommodated us and communicated us in details with pictures what we have to do on arrival. He was so helpful when we needed directions. I would go back there again and recommended it to friends

Rooms located in a top floor apartment of a quaint building. Access secure with lift and some stairs. Probably not suitable for those with mobility issues Super communications from the owner. Clean and well maintained. Walking distance to the Vatican and attractions like Piazza Novona. Convenient supermarket (carrefour express) opposite and lovely icecream place next door.

A Wonderful Stay in Rome We had an amazing experience staying at Luca’s place in Rome. The location was perfect—within walking distance to Rome Termini and many of the city's most iconic landmarks. The apartment was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Luca was a fantastic host—very responsive, full of helpful local tips, and made the check-in process incredibly smooth. We truly appreciated the personal touches and attention to detail. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Luca’s place to anyone visiting Rome!

Luca was a very good host! The room was just what we needed, good location. The only problem was the other people that also stayed in the b&b, they were very loud and making lots of noise at 5am. This happened on multiple mornings.

Entry into the complex for the first time was super easy thanks to the text and pictures that were sent beforehand. The room was spotless, hot water plentiful, and the bed comfortable. I will say that there is limited space between the walls and the mattress, but certainly not a major issue. But just something to be aware of. The owner was super responsive and very flexible. I would stay there again and enjoy all of the restaurants and stores that are nearby.

Very good location in Rome. Most attractions are within a 30 minute walking distance, roughly 1.5 miles. The room is very small, but clean and nice and like the pictures. Many good places to eat nearby as well.

We really enjoyed our stay here, the Air Conditioner was excellent, our room was nice and comfortable. We felt very safe in the neighborhood and had plenty of dining options that we could walk to. Loved the classic elevator, felt like we were in a movie! Would stay again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend.
