This property was amazing ……. The room was very clean and had all the amenities you would need. We had a couple of issues with the safe and TV not working but they were sorted out immediately. The WhatsApp group chat worked well. Would definitely stay here again when visiting again.

This property was a beautiful surprise after a full day in the city. The location was quiet, clean and located in a central part of the city close to sites. We absolutely loved it! Only negative, as previously mentioned by other reviewers, the water for the shower and the bath was luke warm.

Our room at the guest house was really beautiful, spacious and comfortable. It was lovely and clean, outside was a little noisy but it was quiet enough at night to get to sleep. There were a couple of good restaurants around the corner, which were lovely fir breakfast and dinner. Most places were walkable like the Trevi fountain and the Spanish steps. We took the bus for the further away attractions, which was very easy. We has some issues with the internet. It was fine outside the building but we could only get reception in the toilet area of our room, which was a bit of a bother. The guest house staff were very responsive on WhatsApp and all our needs were met promptly. We had an amazing stay in Rome.

They clean everyday (stairs, elevator, rooms). It's quiet, relaxing, and i love the security of the entry code provided via phone app. Quick resolution to issues. The rooms are spacious. And San Marco is on the corner across the street. The food there is amazing.

No reception staff with everything handled via WhatsApp and this works really well. Great apartment and location. We had an issue with the boiler which was temporarily resolved but by means of compensation Youroom did refund a portion of our booking fee which was very much appreciated.

Beautiful property, wonderful room, reasonably priced and made our stay perfect. The check in process was a little stressful as I couldn’t get the internet to work outside but once this was overcome everything was easy. Location was only a 10 minute walk from main attractions, Trevi fountain etc. Would highly recommend to anyone going to Rome for a lovely stay. Thank you 🙏

What a wonderful experience staying at YOUROOM Abruzzi! Our room was cleaned daily and our room had a lofty feel. The area is a nice and quiet a good getaway from tourist hotspots. Love it and would book again.

Once you got your head around the key system, it was easy, unless you are not good with tech, then you might have issues. Lovely clean, modern room, great facilities, view the street. Very comfy bed, and all requests were responded to very quickly. I asked for a warmer duvet and more coffee capsules for the kitchen. Duvet arrived and coffee capsules eventually, but it was not through lack of trying to help me. Would have liked to meet someone, but hey, modern times I guess. I would recommend this place as it is a great area, very easy to access Rome. We walked and walked so we’re really glad to have a nice home to come back to after a hard day. Thank you for everything!
