Great room and bathroom. Very modern and well kept. The kettle didn't work and no option to make coffee in the room which was a shame. Breakfast was simple but ok. More variety might have been nice.

Lovely stay

We had a lovely couple nights here. The surrounding area and being in a gated area made it feel very safe. About a 10min walk to the metro so easy to get around. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They gave some wonderful suggestions for places to eat. Beds were comfy. Only negetive was the sound proofing of the rooms needs to be better as you could hear other guests talking in the corridor and from adjoining rooms.

Beautiful facility! Exceptional breakfast daily. Staff is warm and very helpful. While it is somewhat close to the Metro, it is far from most of the famous sites. The Metro is quite limited so we walked when possible and took cabs. Highly recommend!!

I left behind a couple of my favorite shirts and jacket, and was dismayed when they couldn't find them when I first called. They later let me know they had been found and were waiting at the front desk for me. The room was clean and comfortable, breakfast had some tasty choices, and the staff was helpful and friendly.

Casa San Giuseppe was the perfect place to stay! Not only was my room clean and cool with air conditioning, but the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! Check in was quick and easy, and they even let me keep my luggage in storage after I had checked out. I would highly recommend staying here!

A clean and fully renovated place. The room is small , the breakfast menu is the same every day; mainly pastries. There was no mention that the place is also a religious establishment with nuns and priests residing .

The staff was one of the best things about this property. Someone from another country I was so nervous, and they were so kind and helpful in all of the staff helped me that I interacted with. The stay included a good breakfast too

The property is nothing like the photos! This property is outside of all the tourist areas and an about a 20 minute taxi to all locations and hard for them to locate. The area is safe but is a good walking distance to any food or convenience stores. The room is very small and very noisy. You can hear all your neighbors through the thin walls and smoking is permitted, so it comes through the vents. We constantly had to open our windows for fresh air and to let the smell of smoke out. The staff is very friendly, expecially David. The breakfast is as pictured daily. No changes. There is no restaurant or amenities on sight. We made the best of our stay because the room was clean and we felt safe. Would not stay again or recommend for first time travelers.
