The property was super clean and in an amazing location for getting to all of the major attractions. The reception makes it super easy to check in when they’re not there, it’s very detailed. I would highly recommend staying here, it’s a great deal. If we come back to Rome, we would stay here again.

We arrived at a condo no one opened the door for us. We stood for half an hour with the luggage knocking on the door unanswered. I would not define it as a hotel in a very disappointing apartment building

A hidden gem in a great location

Had a lovely stay at Guest House Grazioli The location is amazing, all the main sites are a short walk away. There is an Irish pub, shop and plenty of places to eat about a minute walk away The room we had was a perfect size for us as a couple staying for 5 nights. It was clean and well maintained. There is no staff located in the guest house but they come in every day to clean and offer any help or advice. If you do need to talk to someone there is a phone number to call, but to be honest there is everything you need so there’s no need to make a call. The rooms are all next door to each other but you don’t hear anything from any other rooms Would highly recommend this place and we will definitely be staying here again when we are back in Rome next year

Perfect location, nice rooms but a bit noisey

The first task is finding the hotel (look for the green door) - as it’s not sign posted and is basically on a floor in a building. As there is no reception, the hotel do call you in advance to ensure someone is there to meet you. The hotel room was very clean, comfortable and has everything you need. The only downside was that it was quite noisey, not just from cars outside but from the building works (in the building) which went on from 7am, mon-fri. If you’re out all day exploring and don’t want to sleep in the next day, then it’s perfect. However, on the plus side the location of the hotel is perfect. Within easy walking distance to the colosseum, pantheon, Trevi fountain and Spanish steps.

Great place for backpackers

First and foremost its a nice place in the heart of rome. Super convenient and amazing if you are just comming and going. When you check in, there is no front desk or anything like that. You go in, and hand you the keys and collect local taxes and take pictures of your ID or passport. So at first its super sketchy but after that your fine for the rest of your trip. I wish that they would be a lil more professional and have a form that you fill out and and understanding between you and the place that they wont use your ID in any bad way because at first it comes across sketchy. The room is amazingly beautiful. Well taken care of and they do housekeeping every morning. At night it can be a bit noisy because of the paper thin walls and it all depends on how nice the other people staying there are in terms of trying to keep quiet.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean and there was enough space. The bed was comfortable. The location was great and within walking distance of many sights and places to eat.

The location was ideal for absolutely everything! Rooms are modern and comfortable. Just what we needed for two days. Service was poor on checking in and there was never anyone around if we had questions. Overall was a lovely stay

Loved it

Lovely place couldn't fault this place I was expecting it to be a lot smaller but when we walked in it was very spacious lovely and clean, very comfortable. Wonderful location loved walking the streets of Rome and this place was very handy to them all. Will be back for sure

We really enjoyed our stay here. Although the room was small, it was perfect for a few days getaway. It's incredibly clean and they leave you coffee in the morning for the espresso machine which was a welcome plus! This isn't a hotel though, they're just rooms so be prepared to venture out every morning for your breakfast! The square is quiet and so close to major tourist sites, literally around the corner from the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain and Piazza Venezia/Vittoriano and only five minutes from the Colosseum. Saying that, the walls are really thin so you do hear a lot of noise from other rooms such as scraping chairs and slamming doors. The shower is very small and leaks a lot of water onto the floor, as the doors don't meet properly. They also said they would change our sheets/towels every 2 days. One day they knocked and we were still asleep so our room was not cleaned that day but we thought they would just replace our towels the next day, but apparently not, so we ended up having the same towels all 5 days, not a catastrophe but we were told they'd be changed at some point, I only noticed this because the bath mat was always dirty and soaking wet (see shower leak issue above!) Overall we had a lovely trip and a lovely stay, thanks to the owners, who were very friendly and hospitable and we can't wait to come back to Rome.

Convenient and clean hotel

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Guest House Grazioli. The owners Gabriele and Marta were very nice. They gave us a warm welcoming even though we arrived at the hotel quite late. They had great recommendations and very knowledgable of local area. The room was clean and comfortable. We will definitely choose this hotel again when in Rome.
