Room was clean but EXTREMELY small. My husband and I are not large people and we felt very cramped in there. Staff seemed inconvenienced by us during check-in. Location was great - 5 minute walk from the train station.

Perfect location — just four blocks from Termini station, easily within walking distance. About a 20-minute walk to the Trevi Fountain and other main attractions. Communication was smooth, and check-in was very easy. The room was completely renovated (a real highlight in Rome), exactly as described, and very clean. The bathroom was spotless.

Lovely stay.

Lovely stay. Stayed in a family room that slept 4, very spacious. Particularly liked having a balcony (although it was only big enough to seat 2 people), nice to watch the world go past in the evening. They provided wine glasses and a cork screw :-) Very helpful staff. Lift was useful with bags. Good location. 2 coffee pods provided each morning.

Not your average hotel room

The hotel is not your average hotel at all. Seemed like its was an office with a receptionist and had individual rooms in that same area. The rooms are clean. The bathroom is laid out strange and small. The shower was so small we had to shower sideways. If you’re scared of elevators be aware…it only fits 2 people. We had go one by one with all our luggage and literally cried going by myself because it’s a thousand years old. My husband that it was cool. There is no food options unless you leave. When we checked out they charged us a $60 city tax. I thought it was all included when we booked with hotels.com. The best part was the beds are comfy. We felt like we had to tip toe because you can hear everything. Thank goodness we brought our mini fan to help the noise level drown out the streets. Wow never heard so many ambulance, police and cars with loud music all hours of the night. Would I stay hear again? Not sure. It does have stairs to get to the elevator and I researched and researched for no stairs and this one does. Not wheelchair friendly or if you have any kind of knee problems. I have to say the location was perfect since we jumped on the metro and fast train several times.

Good location, close to the Termini train station and quick access to the airport. The front desk only seemed to be manned from around 0900-1400 so was self-checkin which worked fine. Communicated through WhatsApp and questions were responded to quickly. Not a "luxury room" though. Basic furnishings. Bed was some sort of memory foam and not all that comfortable. Little balcony with chairs and table was nice.

Great location, just down from main termini train station. Can't rave enough about the staff. We annoyingly left something in the room and were passing through Rome on way home. Staff were super helpful making sure we got our belongings back. Would definitely stay here again and recommend.
