Great stay and great price!

We had a suite with a kitchen, dining room, living room and bedroom. The beds were comfortable and the pillows great. Will definitely stay here again when in the area.

The room was EXTREMELY spacious with so much light! The common areas were pretty clean as well. The main issues were the bathroom non-slip matt being very old and stained, where you could see someone tried but could not get the years of dead skin off (I would suggest using a different, removable, easier to clean option), the cabinets were water damaged and poorly kept, and there was used gauze on the A/C unit controls. Lastly, it looked like the cleaning crew had been eating hot cheetos and pizza while changing the linens because there were crumbs throughout the bed and under the mattress and sheets. ALSO: 10/10 BREAKFAST!

Pass this one up!

The breakfasts were ok! Waffles, biscuits & gravy, misc cereals, danish. Coffee & juice.That was the best part of the stay. The beds were very comfortable. The room was outdated. Cupboards, but not a single dish, bowl, spoon or fork. Kitchen very small. Asked for toilet riser when reserved the room. None available. Screens in windows were falling out and flies in room. Internet continually must be signed in. Room smelled very musty. Needed to buy spray to deodorize carpet. 2 story building, no elevator. Mayo Clinic trip which required me to change room to ground floor, which cost more. Smoking bench was right out side the living room window and we had to close the window bc of smoke coming in room. Shuttle to and from Mayo was a communal shuttle which served 8 different motels. Took a long time to get to your destination. In addition, it was reserved thru a 3rd party and was no cancellation policy. This was my 5th trip to the Mayo Clinic. This was the worst motel I have ever stayed at during those visits. Would not recommend.

Very comfortable

We were very pleasantly surprised with this hotel! It doesn’t look like much from the outside, but our room was very clean and felt modern. We liked having a separate bedroom from the living room/kitchen/bathroom so our toddler could nap while we played games in the other room. Breakfast buffet was also nice.

From the outside it looked a little sketchy. Several broken down cars in the parking lot. Torn curtains you could see from the outside and several wires and things hanging on the roof and around the entrance. Once inside things were much better. Lobby and hallways and room was outdated but clean. Beds were comfortable. And appreciated the couch and chair and full size fridge.
