Check in was seamless. Our room was not as nice as our last stay, but functional and clean. All staff were pleasant and helpful. Shout out to the bartender in the upstairs lounge. Being able to grab a coffee and quick breakfast was appreciated. We will be back!

Room was nice but the pictures of the room showed a fireplace and we didn't have one which was one of the reason we booked the room. Also the TV didn't work and I found the cable pulled out of the back of the TV

Clean & comfortable room, with both a wonderful shower and a big soaking tub. Staff was friendly and efficient, everyone we encountered was helpful and focused on giving good service. The bed was clean and fresh, and very comfortable. We would recommend the Inn on Broadway for anyone who wants an affordable but upscale experience in downtown Rochester.

The Inn was beautifully decorated for our holiday visit. Everything was clean and well maintained. Our beds were very comfortable. The front desk clerk went out of her way to make sure our stay was comfortable and we were happy. We highly recommend the Inn for a lovely stay walking distance from Blue Cross Arena.
