The hotel and staff was friendly but we paid for parking only to get our car broken into. Still had to pay for parking that was not cool. I know it’s not the staffs fault so I didn’t complain.

What a pleasant place to staycation. I realize many of the guests were there for business. I always wonder if those people appreciate where they get to stay sometimes. The place is clean, with a nice lobby & access to a computer/ printer, it has a drinking water station, a pool, a gym, a small bar with decent food options, and free breakfast! The location was great, walking distance to the Food Lab food court, the Mission Inn and the rest of downtown Riverside.

The Hotel stay was very nice and the room and lobby was very clean. The staff were very helpful. However, we felt the daily parking of $29.00 a day was a bit steep, especially because you are parking outside and not in a garage at least. That’s the reason they are only getting 3 stars.
