Very Unique & Charming

We loved the feeling that it was a castle! The linens were amazing and the breakfast was over the top. We stayed in room 131, that was the 1st room to a door where many guests would leave from. I was woken up at 5a.m. and again at 6 a.m. just don't stay in room 131 and it will be a 5 Star.

Lobby and hallway were beautiful. Room needs updating. No USB port. Bathroom ceiling peeling. Water pressure great. Evening check -in staff not great. Check-out staff wonderful. Breakfast lady was wonderful!!

The property was fine for our stay although a little dated but did not effect our stay. Very limited on room facilities e.g no soap dish so wet soap which made it messy on work top. Tv did not work very well but managed to get something on, we were only there 1 night so didn’t affect us hugely. Breakfast was included with everything provided. Reception friendly on arrival. Just some TLC in places that’s all.

Chauna greeted us as we came thru the door. Room and bath spotless. Penny, the breakfast hostess was very attentive to everyone’s wishes. Zero traffic noise. Good lighting. Doors close quietly. . Other guests friendly and respectful.

Very clean but very dated. The room, while clean, had a profound cleaner/antiseptic smell. Everything was operational, but quite old and worn (shower, walls, furniture). The breakfast was really good and the staff was very friendly. The area around the hotel is quite rundown - the neighboring shopping complex is almost completely vacant and there was graffiti on some of the walls.

A pleasant stay!

Clean facilities, super friendly service, nice size rooms, quiet building, convenient part of town, and lovely amenities. Their hot breakfast was especially nice! Unfortunately the pool was under going maintenance while we were there. It was one of the main reasons we picked the place. Still, we would book again!
