The pungent stebch if marijuana made me nauseous. 1st room smelled si bad, i had to leave my luggage in the hallway to dash downstairs for a different room. 2nd room was fine until the "wake and bake" potheads resumed smoking and coughing through the vents. My room still stinks.

My daughter and I made a last minute booking because of her sports schedule running late in to the night. New building, close to the fields, decent ratings, and an all in cost of $100? Sounded good. Ive stayed at no frills/rooms set up more for a long term customer such as these- they’re fine, we don’t eat the free breakfast or use a pool anyhow. What I didn’t think about was what other clientele a sub $100 room attracts. When we got there after 10pm, some folks were pushing a dead car in the parking lot, there were 2 people asleep in their car, and I think there was a security guard watching the lot. Check in was smooth at the kiosk. The building is new. Very cheap/basic room setup. Plastic kitchen stools. No toiletries and I didnt see any kitchen supplies on the open shelves- I didn’t check drawers though. The issue with the room was the smell- I can’t put my finger on it but when I ran for my coffee in the morning I bought Fabreeze. It was kind of nauseating. Walking the halls in the morning folks were taking out trash, you could smell cooking breakfast in their kitchen in the halls- I think more folks are more permanent than I realized. The bed was fine and we only needed to sleep and shower, we were there maybe 10 hours. At this price point I think this place is going to have issues keeping everything under control but for our one night stay it was okay,

Nice rooms fir extended stays

The self help kiosk was great but not the same as in person. Rooms are well appointed for extended stays, which is the intent of the hotel. Adfitional ammenities such as a coffee pot must be requested, but the full size fridge, microwave and 2 burner convection top are a great ammenity.

Everything about this stay was great, until the train passed by. The rooms are very well put together, but they have little sound dampening. The nearby train, therefore, sounded like a brief but intense steampunk war taking place in my room at 12:30 am. Literally everything else was great. Other than the train, it would be five stars, no question.

Arrived and there was no one at the front desk. I tried the automated desk check in but it wasn’t working. Finally, a the worker appeared and i was 3 deep in line. took 30+ min to check in. Then the agent says they don’t have any of my king bed rooms clean…it was 7pm so not sure why. I prepaid and she said she didn’t know how to get me in a different room…took another 20 min. Finally made it to my room and it was incredibly noisy. I had conf calls that next day and the cleaning ladies were screaming and laughing so loud my boss could hear them on my conf call. I prepaid a $30 fee for late check out because I conf calls until 2 and the manager approved, at 11 the front desk is banging on my door asking why i haven’t left during a conf call…then they call an hour later and asked why i still haven’t left. will not stay here again.

This location is very clean and quiet. Parking is free and I felt safe during my stay. It doesn't offer lots of amenities, but that's the trade off I was willing to make. My room had 1 small bar of hand soap, and 1 tiny bottle of body wash. Housekeeping is every 2 weeks or upon request for a small fee. Not an issue since I was only staying 2 nights. There were plates and cutlery in dishwasher but they were dirty because I think the cleaning staff forgot to put soap in it and ran it with just water. No biggie. There is a full size fridge, small cooktop and sink, which is great. The bed was comfortable but the blanket was thin and only 1 for a king size bed. Checking in was easy, staff were friendly and efficient. It's easy to get to off the highway and driving distance to stores. The only thing I would have liked is coffee being available in the lobby for longer. Right now it's available from 430am to 1130am. But it was good coffee! It's a machine with different coffee options. There are no coffee makers in the rooms. It is also near the train tracks and houses but I barely noticed the noise, it was surprisingly quiet. Great hotel for longer stays or if you are doing a shorter stay and are good with the no frills amenities. Especially if you're road tripping. you can cook yourself a homemade meal and do laundry here.
