The bed felt like it was sagging on right side, we had to repeatedly go find staff and ask for towels to be swapped out, there was no housekeeping the entire time, the heater for the room was marginal at best and we had to ask for extra blankets, and finally there was what seemed to be a population of sketchy semi-permeant residents on the premises that made my fiancé very nervous. Overall we won't stay again, nor recommend it to family/friends

Rooms are not very clean, the maid service is unsatisfactory. Mattresses are lumpy and extremely uncomfortable. Maid leaves (one) wash cloth for two guests. A TV and a desk telephone are the only amenities provided. The maintenance staff have a lot of work to fix things like cracked shower stall floor, cold and hot shower water lines hooked up in reverse order (the hot is cold and cold is hot.) We have previously stayed at this Motel 6 in Richland, WA.and many other Motel 6's, but this was the last time we will stay at any Motel 6. We booked for (two nights) and even switched rooms and still they are very poorly operated and less than basic! Stay at another Motel in the Tri-Cities, WA. We will next time visiting this city! Obvious repair items are overlooked by this motel staff. "Tom Boudette you can turn the light off!"

Room stunk bad and was run down. Typical cheap motel, most likely used as a homeless shelter or crack den. Most motel 6 rennovations are real nice, but this one just got the visual overhaul. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra 20 bucks on a better place.
