The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean. Bed was very comfy! Lots of parking spaces and in a nice area close to a lot. Our only complaints was the free breakfast which wasn't great. Even the coffee tasted burnt. Also, the water in the pool was pretty cold. The hot tub was nice though. Overall, a pretty good place to stay other than the breakast and cold pool.

Staff was friendly no matter what time I came in and respected my privacy when I requested it. The breakfast in the morning was excellent, overall I'll stay at the Hampton inn in Richland next time I'm there shooting at rattlesnake shooting facility. It's a 20 minute drive to the range.

Room was clean, the workers were very polite, check in was a breeze, and the view of the Columbia River from our room was amazing. Only a few issues: the toilet seat was not fastened to the toilet (was fixed promptly); an event at the hotel had all of the parking spaces occupied and was very noisy (they left around 8 pm), and the cleaning person did not show up until 4 pm the next day- way too late, as we were already back in our room, having been out all day.
