This place is probably the best in the Tri-Cities! The room was large and clean, continental breakfast was more than I’ve come to expect, and the front desk staff were very friendly The best part though is the location, right on the riverwalk and walkable to the little center area of Richland The parking lot is well lit with plenty of spaces One thing to note is that there were a ton of children running around the place, especially in the pool and hot tub…not really my jam, but I’d never hold that against the hotel I’m not sure if this is normal or if there was something special that drew large families that weekend

This property has a great location on the Columbia River right next to Howard Amon Park, with access to the riverfront walking path. We attended a riveting play at The Richmond Players, just a 10 minute walk from the hotel. Front desk was professional and helpful at check-in and our room was clean and comfortable. We plan to stay here during our next visit to The Tri-Cities.

The staff that welcomed us was very friendly and helpful. The room is clean and comfortable. The patio was nice. The only issues we had was one morning, there was no meat option for a non pork eater people. This was a big turned off for us as our family dont eat pork at all.
