"Deb is a great host. We had a death in the family, and Deb allowed us to reschedule our arrival date at the last minute. That was really appreciated. The size of the property fit our needs really well as did the location. However, there were several areas that really didn't make our stay as enjoyable as we had expected. The barbeque was not usable. It hadn't been cleaned and wasn't worth trying to scrape off the burned-on food. The fire pit didn't have any propane so by the time we tried to use it (last night of our stay) we couldn't. The hot tub was nice when we first started using it on the second afternoon of our stay, but once the jets were turned on it became unsafe to use. This was a big priority for our selecting the property (as was the fire pit and barbeque), so it was really disappointing. The TVs in the lower-level bedroom and upper-level bedroom only allow for streaming, however neither would connect to Prime or Netflix and all that was available was Pandora. There were some minor but obvious cleanliness problems that should have been addressed by the cleaners but weren't. Overall, it could have been a fun place to stay, but it wasn't."

"The view of the mountains and lake were stunning. We were disappointed that the hot tub wasn't working but the property owner did help make it right. The hot tub picture was a bit misleading in it's condition. Overall, the home was lovely and we very much enjoyed the peaceful getaway. Thank you for sharing your Utah home with us."

"Unit is spacious, well decorated and very well stocked! This is a perfect spot if you are going to Snow Basin to ski. The full size washer and dryer was also nice to have. Would definitely stay again. Note: If you are coming from Salt Lake City, be sure and stop first on the way in at Lee's Grocery store before you take the highway overpass to get food etc. It's the closest grocery store and it's a 15 min drive or so over the pass."

"Great stay. The condo is very comfortable, clean, and the lake view is amazing. The hot tub was perfect after skiing and the location is excellent. Clint was a great host and everything went smoothly. We would definitely stay here again."

"We stayed at this property for the very first time in Spring 2025 and already then left a review about how much we enjoyed our stay and how perfect this property is. We booked the house again this Spring from 2/20-2/24/26 and all we have to say (again) is : Perfect location, perfect house, beautiful airy, big bedrooms with a great view of the lake, fully stocked kitchen, well equipped with everything you need for a very comfortable stay! Very easy communication with the owner/property manager. We are already planning our next ski trip to Snowbasin and the only place we want to stay is this house! "
