I booked my room through the app as a King bed accessible room. When we arrived at the hotel, we were told that the handicapped accessible rooms were booked but they put us on the first floor. My husband was having knee replacement surgery the next day so we just said ok. When we were heading to the room we realized it was at the very end of the hall. When we got into the room it was a very small QUEEN bed room. When we inquired about it we were told we had to handle it with Expedia! We will not return and not recommend this hotel.

The desk lamp was shorting out and wouldn't work. No cleanex in the room. Very low toilet for senior citizens. I will problably look elsewhere next time I come to Sparks.

Room isn't as bid as they advertise. Room said 4 people but it can only fit 3. Unless you have 3 people sleep in the King bed. The trundle bed is only bid enough for one person. Our room smelled like it was cleaned with a old dirty rag and the shower curtain worse. They were very quick at replacing the shower curtain and it helped a lot. Our AC unit in the room seemed extra loud compared to other recent hotels I stayed in. Coffee was good and Breakfast not bad.
