"The room has something in the bedside table that looked like body fluids!!! I know that my room was out in a a priority to be cleaned because of that, but it was still dirty after going out for the morning when returned at 11:00 am. That’s not priority! The Night shift staff Rachel was excellent! She was very attentive and made me feel heard. She took great care of our needs and did what she could to help us feel comfortable during our stay. Rachel deserves recognition and a raise! People return for that kind of service. Your Day shift staff needs more training or lacks drive to satisfy and serve your client base . The heavy set African American gentleman that checked me in was not helpful at all. In fact, I found him quite rude and condescending. That kind of service gets a great hotel atmosphere poor reviews and bad recommendations. People don’t want to stay somewhere they feel like they are being taken advantage of and disrespected. Lack of trust makes people feel unsafe and uneasy. That adds stress which is the last thing people want more of. No thanks, hard pass! You’re blessed to have Rachel, if it weren’t for her I would’ve cancelled my future reservations I have booked for April 30-May 3 . I hope y’all do better with the rooms. No fans in the bathrooms, and the shower head is a fixed one making it difficult to bathe young children, handicapped, elderly, or physically impaired. No tub , no exhaust fan, no hand held shower head , no microwave in room do better "
