Ok at best.

I am not sure how this place gets a 8.4 rating. 5 at best. We got there in winter -20C weather. They did not have the heat on for us when we got there, room was at 55F. Took a long time to get warm enough in the room. TV had very limited Chanel’s because not set up for HD. It did appear to be clean and breakfast was ok for a cold breakfast. Price was ok $105 a night, I think next time I pay the extra $50 and get a nicer stay.

The owner was amazing, she really cares about her customers. I have stayed in hotels that were $500 a night that were not as clean as the South Hill. Breakfast was good. All in all it was a great experience, highly recommended. Thanks you

Owner/manager/front desk staff was very annoyed at me during check in because I interrupted their TV show. I felt safe sleeping in the rooms/room was fine but I did not feel safe to leave any valuables in the room/didn't trust that they would be there when I got back. Good if you're looking for a budget place to stay but I would keep your valuables on your person if you're going to stay here.
