Went here for a quick getaway with the kids and chose this place because of the pool and hot tub. When we got there hot tub was out of order, pool was ice cold.. went back to room after pool to get the kids in the shower to warm up and there was no hot water. Sheets were stained as were the towels. When I brought up the hot water issue in the morning they said "oh sorry to hear". Sadly wont be staying here again.

Pick somewhere else to stay, anywhere else.
Truly awful stay. They advertise a hot tub but it’s been out of service for over a year, the advertise a pool but it’s 25c which if you know anything pools is very cold. If you talk to the front desk about it they argue with you and then finally just ignore you. Do not stay at this dirty, dated, dishonest hotel.

The hotel room was clean. It was had a gross musty smell that was covered with my Saje Difusser. Fairly outdated. The hallways reeked like cigarettes and weed. Didn’t have any interaction with staff, other than dropping off the room keys. Will probably look elsewhere for my next trip to Red Deer
