This place was a dump. After check in went to room and when we opened the door it had a stink to the room. We went for a walk around to find the pool table/games room and was told they don’t have one. But they do at the bar that’s just a few doors down. It said that they have a family friendly games room and stuff but they don’t at all. Went to the pool and hot tub found the hot tub water nasty, cloudy and dead bugs floating around. The pool has the liner all gross and not on very good. Has a black ring around the entire pool. It was so bad just couldn’t stay at the night. I could not stay the night in a place that was so dirty. We just got our things and went to the desk to let them know about it for the second time and told them we can’t stay at that place. The info on the site was bad and even the front desk guy said that it will have to be changed. Very bad place will never book there again. Still have not got my money back. Most expensive 45 min in my life.

I liked the garden between the buildings. The hot tub is great good location away from pool. Staff very friendly, resturant was very good, the slot bar was a young girl working was so nice . She went above and beyond so did the resturant staff. Only issue was window didnt open and there was no way to adjust heat or air conditioner. S9 no air movement. Otherwise was good. Older building but nice still very clean.

Upon arrival it seemed okay until we checked into our room. It was myself, wife and our 2 young kids. Our room was located right next to the smoke pit where the blinds couldn’t close fully from everyone out there starring at us and on top of that, having to listen to the smokers cough and hack all night. The room had smelt of being smoked in before despite being a non smoking room. Room was very outdated compared to the other rooms, not what it looked like when booking the room.
