Raleigh Residence Inn - I would go back.

Check in staff very accommodating and friendly. Room great - very comfortable. I got in later but was still able to grab dinner in the hotel and take it to my room. Late check out was not a problem

Great customer service! All staff we interacted with were friendly and professional. Room was clean and well equipped- full kitchen with utensils, regular size fridge. Bed was comfortable. There was a larger than average bathroom with standing shower -very nice. Parking was paid ($18/day), but very convenient. Hotel breakfast had variety and was very good in comparison to other competing hotels in area. Went to concert at Red Hat Ampitheater- literally a short walk to venue. Great location for visiting downtown Raleigh. Rooftop bar was a great added benefit. Highly recommend. Only downside was lack of safe in room.

The lady at the front desk for our check-in on Tuesday afternoon was wonderful. Very nice and friendly and took care of us really quickly. We were able to check in a few hours early. The room was really nice. The beds were soooo comfortable. Will definitely be keeping this hotel in mind next time I’m in Raleigh!
