What REALLY stood out was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Yale, in particular went out of her way to ensure a great stay. The room was very clean, but for older or disabled folks, caution there are stairs, but there may be rooms on the ground floor.

The location of this property is ideal and walkable to everything you need or want to see in Old Town Quito. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Staff was awesome!!!! Best Boutique Hotel I stayed in a long time, quaint and efficient. Highly recommend! The breakfast was excellent and service was personalized. Reception staff helped gladly with toyr recommenadions and irganization. For me this place was maybe not a luxurious 5 star, but it certainly felt like 5 star treatment.
