Room was nice and spacious but their was some stains and the pillar that added to the esthetic was broken at the top and wobbly so it made it hard to walk by if the pull out couch was open theirs was also stains all over the pull out couch mattress we had to ask for a sheet the pool was right in front of the lobby and the door was constantly open to the pool and the water was beyond freezing probably cus the door was broken and all the cold air from outside got in the room it’s self was cold so

Hotels .com cancelled my reso but luckily the night manager honored it. Parking was out of control w snow that wasn’t cleared when we arrived late and lots of double parked cars so had to park at back of hotel and walk around it in zero degree weather . Room was excellent though. Our second stay there Will Stay again if needed

The breakfast was fine and the staff were friendly. This isn’t the hotel’s fault but just a tip- the hotel is further from Yale than I anticipated, so if that’s what you are visiting for you might want to look for a closer alternative. However, their were a lot of stores and restaurants right nearby that were open late.

There were stains on the bed covers, the room was not clean and the bathroom needs some maintenance. The wall covering is coming off behind the door in the bathroom. The carpet has stains and the heat unit made a lot of noise.The curtains were torn.
