I thought I was booking a hotel closer to my office, and they would not let me switch my reservation because I booked through Expedia. I called Expedia and they were told by the hotel that the Manager was unavailable and to send an email. Nobody ever responded. There was no water pressure in the shower and the bed was very broken in. Probably needs replaced.

The initial Reservation made with Expedia had the wrong date and it took (3) Hours to correct the date. Expedia Reservation confirmed change with me, but failed to send the corrected date and change to the Hotel. Expedia finally refunded my charge and I rented directly from the Hotel. The Hotel was Fine -- Once we got into it.

The airport shuttle was easy, but I had to call the hotel to find out if there was one and how to catch it. Other than that (which isn't a complaint), the staff was extremely helpful! They answered every question and were available every time we needed them. Additionally, we had come out to adopt a rescue dog and the facility couldn't have been easier or more accepting or more comfortable for all of us! Definitely suggest staying here!!!!
