This was my 4th stay at Rivers Edge. The staff is always kind and helpful. Aerin checked us in and was very kind and professional.

Good location, quiet, but not very clean.
The location was nice and quiet, considering it's in a busier area. The riverview was nice and the trail next to it was lovely. The room itself was disappointing because it really wasn't very clean. For the price and the type of hotel it is, I really expected more cleanliness. The windows were filthy and I don't mean a little dirt, I mean so filthy they obstructed the views. The pull-out sofa sleeper was full of crumbs and wrappers from the previous occupants. The kitchenette was dingy with greasy finger smears all over the cabinets and dust so thick on top of the fridge that I'm not sure it's ever been cleaned. The extra blankets they gave us for the sleeper weren't clean and we had to kind of figure out what to do as far as sharing blankets. Definitely not thrilled. The staff were all kind and polite.

Surrounding near the river is beautiful. Arugula on Avocado toasted is refreshing for breakfast. I disagree and disappointed for the Parking fee which Expedia didn’t mention when I make reservations.

We upgrade to a balcony room, the balcony was covered in a white salt like substance that was easily tracked inside. Housekeeping emptied the garbage changed the towels, but did not make our bed. We went to the restaurant, but they only had one person working the bar and food service we opted not to stay.

Excellent Hotel
Wonderful recently remodeling boutique hotel right on the river. Parking right across the street. Safe area. Walking area along the river. Coffee bar and full bar in the lobby. Big social area with stylish furniture and fireplace. Rooms were updated and very comfortable. I felt very safe as a single woman staying there. Close to OHSU - I was there when my husband was in the hospital. They let me check in early which was much appreciated!!!

Lovely remodel! Looking forward to another visit.
Remodel is done and the hotel is really lovely. The weather was not hospitable for going for a stroll so we were very glad for the on-site restaurant and bar - good food! The morning staff was super friendly as well and the front desk went above and beyond to get me a simple espresso even though the restaurant was closed between breakfast and lunch. We love to come here with our dog!
