This custom designed mid-century tri-level home is located in the desirable Highland Hills neighborhood. The home is a spectacular blend of comfort and style. Almost every room is bathed in natural light while being surrounded by greenery and trees.



Every room has been been outfitted with décor and furnishes curated to help create a truly special stay for every group. With the open living and dining layout connected to the kitchen you will have every opportunity to create unforgettable memories while staying in one of the regions most sought after homes.

That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please stay indoors during this time, keep the windows and doors closed and keep the volume to an enjoyable but reasonable level.



This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors.

This is a beautiful property. Very welcoming starting with a well lit entrance. Beautiful dining table with plenty of room for entire family. Our family of four spent 10 days at the house. The property manager was very responsive to any questions we had. House was perfect for us and it was nice to have the extra bedroom since we worked remotely for a few days (great wi-fi!). Very quiet neighborhood with walking distance to school playground. A favorite was the balcony off the master bedroom. Although the neighbors were close by you felt total privacy due to the lush landscape around the house.
