We saw your review. On the Travelocity web site the description of our free breakfast amenity is as follows: "A complimentary continental breakfast is served each morning between 8 AM and 9 AM." Nothing about a buffet is mentioned. The two dogs, rabbit, and fish which you brought with you were not service animals. They were companion animals. Neither classification can be refused by a hotel, whether or not a pet friendly room is available, and we do not do so. Trained service animals and untrained emotional support animals are both welcome. However only service animals are exempt from the pet fee. Even so, you were only charged for the dogs. As we do not have a "dog area" it would indeed be difficult to take care of something nonexistent. Thank you for staying at The PepperTree.
