The surrounding Hawthorne area has active restaurants, bars, and nightlife; late street noise can be noticeable.



Guest Access:

Guests use a shared pedestrian gate and shared outdoor walkways/stairs before reaching the private apartment door. After the shared gate, use the first staircase and go to the second floor for Apartment 205. Use only the current secure guest portal or arrival instructions for both the building-gate credential and reservation-specific apartment code.



The Neighborhood:

The apartment is near Portland's Hawthorne corridor, with restaurants, food carts, bars, shops, transit, and residential streets nearby. This is an active urban area, and street, nightlife, and neighboring-unit sound can be audible, including at night.



Getting Around:

Use a current map or transit planner for walking, cycling, public-transit, rideshare, and driving routes. Travel and pickup times vary. Public curb parking is not reserved and is controlled by the exact signs and temporary restrictions at the space.
