I have been coming to this hotel for a few decades. I use to come a lot with my daughter. But there were a few things that upset me this visit. I went to the restaurant and asked for a bagel with cheddar cheese. They gave me American cheese and did not return my money. The second thing that happened was my room being cleaned. I ask them not to clean my room and they did. They also threw out my container. I told them at the front desk. He left a message with housekeeping supervisor. She never called back and I was offered no compensation.
