Lynda is a star!

Lynda at the front desk was wonderful! She deserves a pay raise - made our stay special and we’ll remember this stop because of her. Noticed a large red stain on the carpet in our room but other than that, everything was great. Thank you, Lynda!

Some guests made the pool area unpleasant with kids horseplaying and jumping off the head of the frog slide. Once security came in things quieted down and was more pleasant. We did not use the hot tub after it was full of young kids and young teens like we would have liked to. Kids were running the halls at all hours of the night as well.

Beautiful hotel, great price.

Hotel was clean and beautiful, the only issue I had was the children’s birthday party on my floor that had dozens of kids and went on late into the evening (1am), but otherwise a great stay.

The first night was great it was quiet and pool was nice. The second night.it seemed to be 3 birthday parties at once. The place was packed. About 30 kids in the pool running around unsupervised. That evening trying to enjoy a relaxing night…the birthday party was right above us. Children running around stomping. I had gone up to ask them nicely if they could stop. they opened the door and there had to have been 20 kids in this room with parents yelling and music blaring. It was ridiculous. After my conversation it didn’t stop it’s now 3am and kids are still stomping from above. Breakfast was good. When I checked out the lady at the front was on her phone with a Bluetooth thing. VERY rude. She was cussing and talking about one of the birthday parties to the person on the phone and it happened to be her family. She booked all 20 kids to stay in this tiny room. Ridiculous!!! Also put the phone down and ask me how my stay was, she had the worse customer service.
