Upon arriving the elevator was out of service so we walked up 3 flights of stairs. as we walked into our room the toilet was running water. We called me they fixed it, after using the restroom it was running water again. They fixed it. Well each time we used it it did the same thing. Very annoying when staying 2 nights. I called before we decided to stay and asked if there was a continental breakfast and they said yes so we decided to pay the extra to save us from leaving to go out for breakfast and upon arriving there was a sign saying we will get a brown bag breakfast. Funny thing it had oatmeal in it! How am I supposed to fix that??? So there goes a $15 a savings per person bc we had to be inconvenienced and go out for breakfast. Our tv remote did not work. They gave us batteries to make it work. Then the first evening the cable went out In order to get more towels there was a note saying put the old in a bag provided out of your door. There was no bag! The second day the elevator was back working. Yay! Well the third day elevator was out again! Paid $283 for 2 nights was not worth it!

It wasn’t as clean as it should have been and it smelled musty throughout the entire hotel. Next time I’ll definitely spend more money for a better hotel.

was a good experience. the only complaint would be the fan in the bathroom was very loud and probably in need of repair.

The staff didn’t do anything. First night we called about tv issue, waited 20 mins for them to come help fix the tv, eventually I figured it out. Then we called the next morning for extra towels and they never came, I ended up seeing a maid and got them from her.
