This hotel is a premium hotel with staff this is top-notch! In particular, the young man, Izaak, was the absolute best! He is the #1 front-desk attendant we have ever encountered, bar none! The staff was very attentive. Izak was especially friendly and helpful. The breakfast staff was very accommodating to some special needs.
