"We only stayed one night so the hotel was ok, it seems a little old and run down, and the sink in my room was blocked and drained away slowly. I did not report this until the morning of departure as it was too late by the time we used the sink in the bathroom.Staff were all very friendly."

"This is the second time we have used this hotel and we will return. The hotel is on the outskirts of Swansea but it is easy to access the city. The room and ensuite are in good condition and clean and comfy. Breakfast is included in the price and there is a reasonabe choice of food available. All the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Shane in particular was extremely helpful i giving us information restaurants in the city"
