We had a lovely stay in Swansea and this hotel suited us perfectly. The food was great and almost all the staff were very friendly and always on hand to help. As a family of 4 with 2 teenagers we needed to get 2 rooms. One of the rooms was great but the other was road facing and quite noisy early in the morning. Overall, a great stay.

Extremely disappointed

The room was full of dust, the fridge was not working, and it was not soundproof, making it difficult to sleep. I could hear footsteps, people using the toilets in other rooms, noise from cars on the road, and sounds from people outside, despite being on the first floor. Rooms looks nothing like the pictures on the website.

Clean and well presented, despite the slightly overwhelming perfumey smell throughout. Room was clean and comfortable, but a bit stuffy. A situation not helped by the inability to open windows and get some fresh air. The airco was somewhat inadequate resulting in quite a uncomfortably warm nights sleep. Also the noise from street was quite bad despite the double glazing. The staff , however, were friendly and helpful, no complaints there at all. Excellent breakfast.

Good for the money!!

Friendly check in, room was a little tired but clean, comfy bed and decent shower. Fairly quiet during the night. Breakfast was excellent!!

Located right by the train station, the property is very convient. The room was clean, comfortable, and modern. My only small complaint was that the fancy decorator light bulbs in the bedside lamps were not, for us, suitable for bedside use at all.

Hard to know what to say really the hotel is nice but the decor is a little over the top like someone went mad with the Wayfair catalogue! Our room was ok but not very clean, we had been left some 'gifts' in the toilet by the previous occupants also there was a wooden floor in the room which was covered in dust and fluff and needed a good mop.
