I want to start off by saying that the property is beautiful. However I personally would not be coming back. The facility claims that they offer airport transportation which is not true, coming is free and in order for you to not have to pay $60 to return you have to book 3 separate land excursions. The excursions are for 3 different days not 3 different activities within a day. The property also claims to have multiple restaurants on site which is also not true they have 2. I paid for an all inclusive package and I simply feel like I was bamboozled on top of the fact that the liquor/drinks at the bars are watered down or just a small selection overall. If you plan on coming to Costa Rica to relax I personally wouldn’t recommend this “ resort”.

The beach was wonderful; the room was nice loved the view. Love the breakfast in the room. The private dinning dinner was very nice. All the food was wonderful. I would book here again.

Property has false advertisement on the Expedia page need remove from expedia.Rooms do not have Wi-Fi, I paid for ocean view and had an extremely restricted view. Towels were dirty, room AC didn’t work, and lost power in room twice.I don't recommend to anybody go to this property..I don't have any good world for this place...I hope I never go there...DON'T GO ...

The property VERY steep a shuttle is always running It's older so don't expect la dee da decadence but has lots of character, good landscaping, gorgeous views, lovely staff and 5 different pools (two infinity) one which is a swim up bar. And not a hot tub but a cold tub (and you will need it sometimes) it's a very hot area and Costa Rica is known for its micro climates. If you opt for the lovers suite you can get breakfast in bed and have access to multiple restaurants that you need to reserve via WhatsApp. And some places are only open on certain days as well. (one of which is beach side) speaking of wifi I could only get it to work at the main restaurant and spotty in my room. Maybe opt for a $30 e sim card like my girlfriend did she had no issues. There can be a language barrier with some staff but there is always someone around with pretty good English to translate and all the staff do try thier best. Food is very authentic. Water is clean and safe for drinking. At first we thought that we didn't get a lot of options but we found out throughout the week that that's Costa Rica and they seem to eat a lot of the same stuff. Not too worry the food was still quite tasty but you may want to venture off the resort to one of the surrounding restaurants for something else. There is also a great pizza place a bit inside the town. The town is small and sleepy with lots of quiet quaint hotels and very safe.The beach is gorgeous and the excursions are excellent see Javier or Ignasias

Property has false advertisement on the Expedia page. Rooms do not have Wi-Fi, I paid for ocean view and had an extremely restricted view. Towels were dirty, room AC didn’t work, and still fighting to get a refund as I had to leave after 1 night of my 5 night stay. Had to pay to change my flight as well, could not stay at the property.

The view was a 10. The shuttle was great throughout the property as it has very steep hills. The beach was awesome as well as the pools. The food was a 2. There was only 1 restaurant open while we were there and there was not a variety. There was no entertainment. The employees could have been friendlier. Typically at an all inclusive everyone is friendly and accommodating. Not so much here.

The view and pool area was great and a nice beach. More dry/desert like than the pictures show though. I never complain about food and drinks but this really was the worst I’ve ever had. 1 very limited buffet. The restaurant wasn’t open our first two nights and finally was open our third night. We were seated and told it was also a buffet. It was a tiny buffet with desert from that days lunch in the other buffet. The drinks were very limited as well.
