Dear Anne, we know that this is not right. Of course you did never come by us because we left all information about your room as we see that guests will arrive after 7pm (front desk from 3 to 7pm) We do not understand why you need to lie? We understand why you may be disappointed to loose your booking because of the cancellation fees. May peace be with you
