Clean room although it was an accessibility room which we did not need. The room heater/ac was full on ac but when we told the front desk they immediately had someone fix it. The staff were delightful and attentive. The room could have been updated but the bed and pillows were comfortable.

We chose this Marriott because of the proximity to the PPG arena. My experience with Marriott hotels has always been good until now. First, our room was very cold. We turned the heat up and it got colder. When my husband called the desk to see if the problem could be addressed, they sent up several sheets. To be fair an offer was made to change rooms but we were already ready for bed and didn’t want to go through the hassle of packing and unpacking. In addition we had to call for a hair dryer and it took more than 20 minutes to get to it, breakfast was dull and expensive, and the rm looked shabby. I am solidly behind not changing sheets and towels daily but I do like to be told about it. When we returned in the evening to an unmade bed, I was annoyed. I would have made the bed myself had I known. I expected more from a Marriott and I will certainly think twice before I stay in another one.

Great place to stay. Very convenient if you’re heading to PPG Arena. Clean, comfortable rooms. Great buffet breakfast. Everyone from Valet to Wait Staff had smiles to share. I will be back!

Check in seemed to be slow. Requested king bed but seemed to have it set in their mind we wanted 2 beds. Gave us a room but when we got to the room it was definitely a dirty room. Trash on counters, dirty linen on a pile on both beds. Towels on the floor. Had to go right back downstairs to get a new room. That room, of course, was beside the elevator and opposite the ice machine. Room temp set on 60F, it was freezing and this while it was 34 F outside.

First off I have to say I never leave reviews, but after seeing so many negative ones, I thought it was time. This place is a MUST if you are seeing a show at PPG Paints arena. Walk right across the street. I was surprised that with the rate breakfast was included. It was great. Rooms could be updated a bit, but everything else was great. Will stay here again.
