The bed was very comfortable! Breakfast was great ,nice selection of hot foods and drinks for dinner it would be nice if they had mac@cheese and chicken instead of hot dog. We had a very enjoyable stay we will be back again next year for a ballgame

Clean room, quiet hallways at night. Decent pool size, and better than average breakfast with a variety of choices. Couple minor complaints- tv & remote really need an upgrade (no menu option/have to scroll by channel), and toilet lid needs a slow close. I’m spoiled at home, slammed that lid every time.

The hotel amenities were fantastic. Breakfast was very good, evening drinks and food was a nice touch which was from 530-7. We just made it in time at 6:55. It does end right at 7 with no exceptions. They also have a soda machine and coffee/tea available till 930pm. This was also a nice touch. The old bank vaults on the lower level was very cool. The room was spacious, however when we pulled out the couch bed, the bedding was filthy. Hair and dirt all over it. We were leaving for dinner and asked for it to be changed. The front desk staff was very polite and made a call right away. However, when we returned later, the staff had only pulled off the bedding and left new bedding in a bag on the floor. With the high cost of this hotel, my expectations are that they change the beddng so my kids can come back and sleep right away. For half the price I'd have no problem making the bed myself but that wasn't the case. Pretty disappointed about the cleaning staff. One final note, the woman running the waffle station was incredibly organized and efficient. I didn't get her name but with how great things were run, I imagine she runs that station often.

The staff went above and beyond. They were friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel offered two different complimentary food times- morning breakfast and early evening “happy hour.” The valet parking was quick and easy— a bit pricey but it is in the city. A 15 minute walk to PNC park. It was a great stay!

A luxurious hotel experience

The hotel was clean, bright and very friendly. The amenities were great with two meals offered- breakfast and a light dinner-and valet car parking. Everyone on staff was courteous and extremely friendly, and they went out of their way to assist us. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was also very clean and the shower stayed hot and gave good water pressure.

Overall, a good stay. No room service after first overnight (I was asked if I wanted it at check in and I said 'yes: so something was lost in the translation) but had it the second day after I went to the front desk.

First visit to Pittsburgh

Vallet parking has serious issues. Our first night there had to park on the ramp going up and squeeze all of our family and stuff up the ramp, ripped my shirt on the wall coming up. Everyone waited half hour for vehicle to go anywhere. Tub did not drain properly so we had to take showers in dirty water. We appreciated the free snacks and drinks nightly, but it was a zoo. Need more help?

The pizza from the restaurant was excellent. The bed was very comfortable. I would have liked to have a TV that showed a guide which included what program was showing. We were awakened by an alarm at 2:30 in the morning which was disruptive, but it seemed that it was not an actual emergency. It did cause us to miss our plans to attend church that day.

The breakfast and evening dinner was included and was amazing. Heather T and her team were so accommodating and genuine and friendly and clearly took pride in their jobs. We would absolutely recommend this hotel and would stay there again

Birthday trip

We came to SF Giants play the Pirates for a 3 game series. Visited Clemente Museum and a few other spots. Took a tour of PNC park and caught a ball during batting practice. It was the best birthday in a long time. Giants won two game and won 8 to 1 on my birthday.
